server not available in your region!!

i read the thread about "server not available in your region" but im in the red zone,so what do i have to do to fix this problem.
the same as the people in the green zone or something else.

please help me greetz

If your in the red zone I dont think you can create a new account on CF NA.

You can move to a location in the green zone, or you can play the version that is available for your region.

you are in the red zone, so you can not play as long as your account has been created before August 2011
