It is the VSK-94, obtainable exclusively by successfully completing twenty (20) daily missions in a single month, which will grant a VSK-94 that can be used for seven (7) days. It is currently impossible to obtain the gun permanently.

I have never got this gun yet but have used it...You can't get it permently yet..I think it is NOT going to become permenent..atleast not for a while.
