It should also show who +1 by clicking on it. (Something similar to fb?)
So that we can tell if someone is making alt accounts for their own threads popularity.

Reputation should be given off by Mods / GMs. After all, they (could) be trusted.

For the most part, a lot of people in the forums post only to boost their virtual egoism over others.

I recommend a Voting system that won't promote / demote what people say, but display what people think about the post. It will make people think more about what they post and have less "crappy" posts like "Thanks" or "^^ Well Said" type of thing.
