Did NOT receive ZP

I purchased 20,000 ZP using the credit card method. It took $17.49 out of my balance. I did NOT receive any ZP. I WANT MY ZP OR A REFUND.

For starters make sure you send a support ticket ASAP! I once was trying to use a prepaid visa giftcard to buy 10k zp but it failed...BUT it said that no money was taken off the card. I hope you can get your problem fixed. Always send a report ticket
