Like i said in another topic, support say they wont do anything if you dont have proof the account is yours, which you probably dont.
always worth contacting support and hearing it for yourself

To retrieve your security question, you need to know your email

The only way to retrieve the answer to your security question is to submit a support ticket containing all the information you entered during the registration process, in addition to your registered email address. This is in order to verify your identity. Be warned, the process of retrieving the answer to your security question can take time.

So, no, if you don't know either, they can't help you.

send a support ticket in and ask for your email back. then kill out as much information as you can. If u bought ZP put those purchases in and see what they say.
