Question
I sent in a support ticket a few days ago about getting my account info because someone has been going on it. It was replied saying rply by giving us a new email. Then you can just type in your email in the lost password thing. I was wondering how can I reply to the support ticket so they can change my email.

Go to your contact history with support (http://support.z8games.com/support_contacthistory.aspx), find the ticket about your account, click 'View details', then write your reply in the box beneath the reply from support. If you wrote down what they asked, click 'Add note'.
