Looks like a keylogger indeed. Change your login details, security question and email from another computer (make sure to provide enough information to show that you are truly the owner of the account). Then you'll have to find and remove the keylogger from your pc. Considering he is stealing your account, it is located in something you downloaded for CF.... So remove all CF files that are not part of the original install (hacks, sound packs, kill mark packs,...,... and the .rar files they were in). Make sure to delete ALL of it.

You can send a support ticket under account related issue. Then tell them your password and username. Then tell him Secuarity question and form name. Plus birthday and email. Make sure to use the CORRECT INFORMATION WHEN MAKING AN ACCOUNT!
