Has anyone seen this happen

hello MOD n i has won a Gattling Gun HAllowen fews weeks ago..but every time i use it twice in any mode i will get error..idk why but can you guys fix this or mayb tell me why..bcuz t0 get this gun i have t0 spent a lot 0f Zp and now find out it useless...wats a jokes isnt it...
