    Logout of your Z8 Games account, click "Forgot PW/ID" and put in your e-mail. ALL your account information will go to you e-mail, aslong as it is registered to that account. If not, then you have to make a Support Ticket regarding a password change but you need to prove it is your account such as past transations, passwords, date of account creation and so on.
