I cant access test server

I Log in it says some1 is on my acc
so i click log i still and then it says
Cant Access test server
and some times i would join a server and i get hack toll 17 some some i forgot..

help me please.

"Cant Access test server" meens that you are banned. Send a support ticket.

Like said, "can't access the test server" means you're banned. I even think it's a permanent ban. If you don't know why, you can try contacting support. Just keep in mind that there's no use in trying that if you or anyone else have hacked on that account.

And mico, you live in an area that is restricted from making CF accounts here at Z8, just google which CF version has the license for your region. You'll be able to play on that CF version.

I don't think game bans also mean immediate forum/website ban. After all, you still need a way to contact support in the unlikely case you would be wrongfully banned.

Bans can be done at the game or web level. They can be separate from eachother.

Further inquiry can be taken up with support. Since no one here really knows whether your ban was for hacking, or for something like harassment, account stealing/stolen, chargebacks or payment issues etc. they can't really help you any further.
