Hi guys i need your help ive tried now over 20 times to insatll cf but i always get this error

redownload and install it, while your antivirus/firewall is deactivated.

Try to re-download CF installer again. Delete the old one 1st... also make sure you're running it as an administrator.

EDIT: also as stated before make sure your anti-virus is off when installing it and the add CF to your exceptions.

i did all of this like over and over

my firewall is off and i downloaded many times the cf downloader each time an other REZ file is missing -.-

Try to do a clean installation.
See this thread over here on how to perform a clean installation.

If you are able to install the game, but unable to play due to that same REZ file not working (13), then I have provided my copy of it.

Delet all cookiees. MMMMM TASTY...
then redownload from Minor1 Server OR minor 8
should work
