Lagging Mouse

Ok, so today when i started it up on got to the server page on cf, my mouse just started lagging up and when i went in game it lagged too. It was working just fine yesterday but today it just started lagging. I asked some people in game and they said theres was like that too, any1 having this issue? anyone know how to fix this?
Edit: my fps isnt the problem here and it is as usual ^.^

fps laggs ... couse mouse laggs ... don't know if it's known issue ... try to use fps capper ...

I had posted a question about sticky mouse and it was resolved by using skunkful12984's suggestion, the post is here:

I am not sure it is is same problem because I don't have lag in server page. But that worth a try.

i was going to try this but when i did , it said operation cannot be completed access denied =/

Check ur CPU usage with CF on... it's probably above 50... that's ur problem

Well, I'm having fps lag too.
I have 4 gb ram, 1 gb video card memory with 64 bit, and 64 bit opertaing system.
I'm having fps lag, it's around 50 ~ 80 and I can't play, 'cuz I used to have it above 150.
Any ideea what could I do ? Please
