Rival Faction switch?

i haven't been logged in for a while and when i returned i noticed that my rival faction switched.. i was all the time BL and now it says that i'm GR.. is that normal?

    It's a bug in the web code we're aware of. We intend on fixing it but don't have an immediate ETA. (1-2 months max)

    RF will start up again when the bug gets fixed.
