WW2 themed patch?
Hi, just wanted to start a thread on the suggestions server about maybe a ww2 themed update-think about it, new avatars, bolt action rifles without scopes, stg 44, BAR? I think it's a great idea because we already have guns like the m1911, tommygun, and the luger. we could also have some new maps. It could even fit into thr rival factions thing, like black list is trying to set up a base on mount suribachi or omaha beach? plese leave a post , and maybe it'll happen!

ANYWAYS, this SHOULD happen because these weapons we currently have,
arent so much different from the WW2 weapons, and for those saying 'Go get COD',
go suck a bowl of lumpy oatmeal.
Some of the guns we currently have right now, are from WW2.

That gives it no better right than the first totally awesome SMG, and RIFLE/SNIPER, and SHOTTY, and ASSAULT RIFLE!

-1 ... I'm sick of WWII games. Too much of them have been made. And I'm sick of the same M1 Garand for years. No. No. No. No again. Medal of honor, Call of duty, whatever else ... No, not again.
That's exactly my point. Some of the younger users don't know but some years ago there where just WWII games. All the FPS games were WWII or futuristic.
I want some games with normal weapons. -

Could work, but we would have to add an Imperial Jap Character
the Bolt actions would act as snipers with scopes and BAR would be a famas with 25 rounds and all
STG 44 would be nice
I was thinking Normandy map of some sort. -

Normandy was known for its beaches (Obviously) and the hedgerows (Called the Bocage) that came after the beachhead was established. I don't remember anything about trenches. Unless you mean like RIGHT after you got off the beach. (If you were blessed by your specific Deity to be lucky enough to get off the beach.)

It could still work if they cpatured german Trenches, which they did to secure postions, It would be encirlced by broken tanks to make the borders. They could make it work, and I thought of escape mode but then I thought, this is WW2 too high-tech -

Maybe a 3 story church and a factory as sniper's nests. Bombed armored vehicles here and there to provide cover.

Sounds coool, all I know is we need a Trench gun and a Type 99 smg. and the Japanse Imperial solider character
