No because ribbons are meant to be hard to get. If they brought it back just because a few people say so then the rewards are gonna be alot easier to get. Don't think its cuz i'm trying to hog it myself because I dont have the ribbon either since my computer crashed at the time teh event was held and it took 2 weeks for me to get a new one.

The event ribbons are there to reward players the do them and for them to show off that they did them latter. Part of the reason collectors collect things is because they will become rare later and they like being one of those lucky few to have them.
Showing off my ribbons here for example.
I have: Sniper week, Pistol week, Hero emerges, Iron man, Showdown sheriff, and Operation Triton.
If all these can be gotten every year then they lose a lot of the meaning. -
Sigh, I was so close to the ribbon Showdown Sherrif, but everytyme I found a code it was already redeemed, man I tried so hard but I only got like 3 codes... My head was hurting trying to find the codes too :'( sigh I was majorly disappointed that day

Its not always about getting an answer, sometimes its about seeing what the cf community also has to say about the topic.

Will the reward for 20 ribbons (m4-cc) ever be moved forward?
Cuz ribbons will come and come, and m4-cc reward is awsome and should be kinda rare to get it, but with more ribbons on the way it will be hella commun.
What's ur view on this? -
I'm proud of my 28 ribbons. Many took commitment to get and show my support of the game.
Only ribbons I'm currently missing.
Christmas Comes but Once a Year. Couldn't win a crate gun at all.
An Army of One. Working on it.
Cross Fire Film Award 2011. Don't know how to make movies. Let alone win a competition.
SEAL Team Member. Can't seem to win the M14, 400 crates spent trying.
Like a Bawss. not bothering to, to much work.
Revival of the Fittest. Complete waste of money, need to spend $160 dollars to get it.
Credit to the Clan. Working on it.
Clan Survivalist. Working on it.
I Have More Ribbons Than You!. Working on it, but the reward sucks.
My Ribbons Breathe Fire. Will be working on it, but the reward sucks. -

Yes, with the next ribbon it will probably be still rare, but imagine in a year's time when there would be like 50 ribbons total (there's 37 atm).
An m4-cc reward for only 20 ribbons is too much and the gun would fall into the commun category. -

Won't be to common.
Most of the ribbons being released so far are hard to get with out ZP investment and most that can spend ZP will probably use a different gun most of the time anyways. -

This is a very valid point. While I don't expect it to change in the near future, we have a slight redesign in the works for ribbons. It won't affect the number of ribbons, but it might affect what ribbons count towards what rewards.
By making some changes this will allow us to give out different rewards, but more often which we feel will be equally as exciting for our gamers while not taking away anything special from earning the achievement itself. -

Not our fault you just started playing, ribbons should also be more available to those that spent more time and effort on this game.
Did you expect you would just arrive here and get the M4-CC (20 ribbons)?
I mean you can still get alot of them but ofc there are ribbons that are limited.
I myself didnt get the sniper/pistol weeks ones and iron man/hero emerges so yea..
