Sound?

Lolz after the patch I ended up having no sound. I uninstalled and re-installed the game already and still to no avail.

same problem... I have windows 7 64 bit. I try to uninstall crossfire, teamspeak, sound and video card. I reinstall all, all drivers are updated. All sounds in my pc work (music, video, windows sounds, other games), only crossfire make problems...

BUT MAKE SURE YOUR SOUND FILE IS IN YOUR CF FOLDER.
THE DRIVE YOU DOWNLOADED CF IN> PROGRAM FILE X87 > Z8 GAMES > CROSSFIRE >REZ > BGM
Example:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Z8Games\CrossFire\rez\BGM

I cant upload it because meny upload websites only allows upload 1 file at a time. I found one that requires one's email. But ite against the Form Rules (I THINK) to ask for email. Just PM me your email that you dont use. Thank you!

OBVIOUSLY you didnt plug in your mic. Dur????

there are 4 .mp3 with bgm inside. Game sound don't works...

ok .. if you have windows 7 on bar you have sound right click and select Open volume mixer and now log in crossfire and go back to open volume mixer with alt+tab and you can see crossfire volume 0 select 100

Hi I just controlled the bgm folder and there are only the soundtracks of the lobby. I had the same problem. forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?p=2780155#post2780155
Have w7 86bit. Is there a way to download the other sounds?

BGM folder is supposed to only have the lobby sounds (bgm_track1_loop up until bgm_track2_loop)

Which is the folder that contains the game-play sounds?

The sounds you can't hear are all part of the .rez files. Most of them are located in the rez folder (C:\...\Cross Fire\rez), but I don't know which .rez file corresponds to what. (editing them might also get you banned)
