Support ticket not activating.

I sent a support ticket about 2 weeks ago and got a reply that ______ has been changed. But it never did. Waited about 2 weeks and still nothing. Also I don't want to resend as for spam.

  • Did you sent the report on a saturday or sunday? because if you did they wouldnt respond and might not checked your Report
  • More than likely its due to a backlog of reports.

    If another week goes by without a response, just click on Contact History, find the ticket, click the View Details at the top of the ticket, then reply there. No need to spam another one when you can reply to the same one.

    Pro-tip, if you do reply back on your own ticket, please give them more information regarding this.
    If it were me, I would have some more information from the bank in regards to this. Don't just do "bump" or something like that.
