I think yeah Xmas crates got more perm items and not so many temp items.Just bought about 300 crates and didnt earn one gun.
Not complaining
but....

Nobody honestly knows how the rate is affected with multiple guns in the loop. I'd assume that the chance of winning a MINIMI XMas is the same as if you were spinning for any other gun, let's say for example 1/100000 chances of winning a gun.
There's probably
1/100000 chances of winning MINIMI XMas
1/100000 chances of winning Kris XMas
1/100000 chances of winning M14 XMas
I wouldn't say a higher chance, but more guns to win.

No matter where you got that money from its a lot of money. What surprises me most, is even after having spent 300 crates and not winning a single thing you are still willing to spend more money.

Personally, I always thought that with more permanent guns in the crate, they would decrease the probability, so instead of having a 3x chance to win a perm gun, you would have a 1/3 chance to win.
But that is my opinion, and in no way do I know the way the "secrets" of BM

Lol I bought over 700 crates and I have not won a single perm gun lol I never had a lucky day lol -

Don't be sad, I spend 400 Xmas crates and only won MINIMI xmas. Some kind of sad but I don't regret what I did because this is my choice.
