This is a small bug that came along with the 90% bug in one of the recent patches. I call it the 40% bug.

It occurs rarely now, and you just need to enter a random room to fix your glitched CF screen.

Plus you won't get DCed, unlike the 90% one.

running nothing in background that i know of
norton 360 firewall, paid for, never interupted me b4.
its an acer aspire one laptop, never had trouble with it before. (got about constant 40 fps now.)
