This usually happens when you are using a really old client of CF, the only way to fix this is to uninstall CF and download a brand new copy of the client.

Rosa, all you need to do is to delete the sxs.dll file from your crossfire folder,
next start patcher, if it shows W[2007] file is changed or something like that, then you need to download the newest patcher, by easy way to download the newest patcher follow these steps :

1. locate your version file and dis-select ( read only ) > right click on folder, properties <
2. open the version file and change ( LatestVersion = 1084 )
3. close the version file and select it ( read only )
4. run patcher.

Note: It will take time to download the new patcher.
