Only ONE way how to get Permanent (Normal) Axe is via Coupons. This guy has AK-47 Gold by the way, so I dont think he has problems with Coupons ...

i think he not use coupon because if i use it . Why he don't get another axe or m4a1 gold + awn gold .

I'm assuming hes talking about redeeming. So basically once you redeem a item they all reset so its not like when you get there, they would give you an item and your coupons don't reset.

This. If you redeem 50 coupons for a perm axe, the 50 coupons disappear from your account. So you can't use those 50 again for another item.
