Fail to copy file needed for Patch

Hi guys i am currently having an issue with my game, i go as far as start then a pop up appears and says "Failed to copy file needed for patch" Crossfire patch v5. I really need help havnt been playing for bout a month now, would appreciate the help.

Uninstall the game, and restart your computer

disable your antivirus (temporairly), redownload it from the Downloads page, use that downloader to get the setup file. Reinstall the game. Re-enable your antivirus, add CF to exceptions list, now start the game up.
