Friend's Account Has An Error

My friend and clan mate [P]wn[D]... told me to post this (his exact words):
"my friend bought me the ZP using paypal and now i got an error message saying " Account is blocked. Paypal -- Chargeback by TransID" "

(im not the friend that bought him zp) he cant work out how to fix the problem... can anyone help?

    Tell him to contact support. I think the account is blocked until the ZP is paid for in case of a chargeback ... If it was indeed gifted to him and then there was a chargeback, it's not his fault. So let him explain that to support, I guess they have some log of who exactly pays (at least I hope for your friend that they do)
    Would be a bit unfair if you could just go around getting random accounts back by gifting them ZP and then charging it back...
