I cant create a crossfire clan

I have tried since yesterday to make a clan and when i click on ''create'', it appears a message telling me ,"You can't have two clans. Now you are a member of clan" Im NOT in a clan,i have NO clans,so why this thing appears? I have tried like 10 times and the same thing keep happening.

Any solutions?
