Whole Clan Cant Join Beta server. IMPORTANT !!

Dear GM's

My nickname ingame is: SoulMan. Im a leader of tGaming™ Clan. We have a serious problem.
Whole clan cant join beta server to any channel. All the time when anybody want to join Beta 1 Channell, we get a message "Channel is full" (The belt is all the time blue, and its many free place to join). We were talking to our friends from other clans, and everybody can join Beta server.
So please tell me what is the problem. We try'ed to reinstall the game twice, and it doesnt helped at all ...
Its really serious problem ... So im waiting for really fast answer.

its a server side problem... i dont think theres anything you can do
from what i hear there are a few problems with that server

Yes i undestand. But tell me why other clans can join the Beta server, why our friends can join on Beta server, why other people from Poland, which have other clan can join Beta. And there are many people playing there. So explain me why just we cant join it ....

Im waiting for GAME MASTER ANSWER. Its really important for us. We cant play for more than week on BETA SERVER !! .
