I got a little problem, i got 60 Cupons yesterday and i exchanged my Cupons for a Weapon.
The problem is that i failed at it and i got the M4a1 Costum -.-
Is there any way to get my cupons back ?

how long its been that you had use your coupons if its been over 48 hours you cant get it back if its not over 48 hours you can get it back under support but you get only 1 time refund for coupons that you know that so if you maybe have before send a ticket for refunding coupons it will not work this time.
