Techical specialists CROSSSSSSFIRESSS help - error "missing .dll" file

Hi! help me!
steps:
- start game
- playing
when I deside to live game - leave the game.

If I start the game again - appears window "missimg ...dll" file. i dont remembered what file exactly missing. but now game always popup this error.

reinstalling the game helps me only for one game than again error....

help me please, hackers, users & lammers :-)
