cant log in 'datatransmission is not stable'

i just regist an account
but couldnt log in yet

its writing:
'datatransmission is not stable
faild to submit player info to server
please, try again'

and this everytime i tried

can someone help?

This happens to me if i let the game sit idle for TO LONG on the login screen only reason i have ever seen it

Log in Screen

yes, this has happened to me. It only happens when you are idling to long in the Log in area of your game. it gives you around a min. and a half and then when you try to log in, that message appears.. So ussually you just restart and have the patience to sit and watch the loading. (note that it takes half as much time to load the second time then it did the first..)

I reinstalled the game twice now

but now hes wrtiting 'Missing shell DLL cshell.dll.'

when i try to start game, so I cant start even the game

cant log in 'datatransmission is not stable'
