Connection Delay

Everytime I try to get into a game, the loading screen stops half way through and says "The connection has been delayed." And it keeps doing, its been doing it since wednesday.
Anyone know what to do?

dont double or triple post >.< but ye i had this i turned off my modem for 20 seconds then turned it back on and it worked fine there was a bug the other day though where people couldnt make games and games there where in play people couldnt join so try and turn off your modem/router and try again
