my account hacked i get bann ?
hi iam ultrakill7 i have an account on cf and iam leader of my clan , one of my members got into my cf sign in and played on my account, my friends on cf spoke to this hacker thinking it was me , i sent them a message via msn and told them i couldnt log in , they said i was online and saying alot of silly stuff and admitted he was called skillet another member of my clan , they asked him my real name he couldnt say they asked alot of stuff about me only they would no and obviously me , he answered wrongly he then admitted who he was mt lt phaze then kicked him out of clan ,, i recived a message from you saying i was banned ???? what the hells going on with z8 its very unacceptable ive been hacked and totally conned and unfairly treated by z8 admin ,,,,,,,

yeah you got to understand the situation iam in its not my fault i got hacked now is it ,,, so i do appoligise for saying wat i said ian so angry and feel helpless ive sent messages but no replys its so sucks ive been well conned ,, wish i could ring them would be easier ive also proof off other members in my clan that ive been hacked cuz he admitted it to them ,,, thanxs for help man

Account security is your own problem. It's stated in the terms and conditions.
We can't be responsible for someone hacking your account.
We provide the necessary tools to keep your account safe. Not to mention you should be able to retrieve your account with minimal information and the answer to your security question. (we are not responsible for items bought or sold on an account while someone else but yourself is using it).
Don't give away your password EVER, don't click on questionable internet links and don't use malicious software downloads. Viruses, trojans, keyloggers, phishing websites can all easily be avoided.
And lastly, if your often worried about account security then change your password often. We also provide those tools on the account page on our site to be able to change it.
So if your account was hacked, and then someone hacked on that account and then got banned it is the original players fault for letting their password get out to someone other than themselves. Unfortunately we can't release an account that was banned for hacking, but accounts get blocked for other reasons, perhaps it was accounting related.
To check these issues you must submit a support ticket.

The Hacker changes the EMAIL connected to the account
My account was hacked and I tried to retrieve by providing the Email that was attached to it only to get a response that the email was not in your system. So don't tell people they can retrieve their accounts by providing info. This hacker goes thru the PM's on the game and has hit a lot of people, they sell everything to the Vendor. I was able to get the account back via a friend of a friend as they managed to get the email changed on it, but now the account is useless. Your so called security measures on this game are not very good! Hackers can get anyone's account regardless of whether they shared info or not.
