How long does it normally take for hacking reports to be processed?
I sent in reports over 2 weeks ago, and the status is still blank.

The ticket closed? or actually looked at? Maybe years:p

I checked the players' statuses; none of them are banned, and I sent them clear cut evidence of them shooting through a wall. They still haven't seen the tickets yet?

They probably have way too many tickets on their hands to get through all of them.
