Don't see anything wrong with laws conflicting with the second amendment, unless it's the Hughes Amendment to the Firearm Owners' Protection Act (FOPA) of 1986.
I guess the prohibition to import foreign manufactured weapons from the '68 gun control act is a peev too. -
the fact that the "top of the line insurance" even exists kind of speak to how faulty the system is
We are used to this idea and have never had "paid" for insurance by other than yourself/parents/work
Its about keeping the lower/middle classes in their classes.
Atleast what i can see
Make us pay our entire check to live so you dont get too much money -

well my job is an upper level job, i do pay a small copay fee, but i have life/auto/health which includes dental/optical insurance along with some other things i don't even manage, they offer a lot of benefits where i work which is a rare thing making it top of the line compared ot other jobs. -
Moronic system.
We have free (5 dollar fee every time, regardless of removing a splinter or crushing a leg) system to an extent, the exception is medication which is free if you're in need of expensive medication for a long time (more than 2 times or something).
Insurance in the health sense doesn't really exist, we just use insurance to get lots of moneh if something bad happens, not to use it to pay for health care.
I've explained this before but its fun to rub it in everyones face:
I break a leg at work. An ambulance picks me up, 5 dollars.
I arrive at the emergency room, they x-ray and fix it up, 5 dollars.
Personal insurance gives me lots of money.
Work insurance gives me more money.
Both give me more money if I still suffer in any way from it after a year.
(the above goes for dental too, lower fees though. optical is different but its very subsidized so theres no real cost to it anyway)
Taxes are fun. Too bad Americans don't see it. -

I am 18, and I work for this company that contracts to the government and the big 3 plus german/japanese auto comapnies, they basically design/build robots and other kind of stuff for the military. My dad is one of the head electrical/numatic/hydraulic engineers there so he got me a job with the accounting/finance staff there. Occasionally I help who ever needs help around the place. -
