i only have bf3 for xbox
and the recoil compared to any cod style game is (and u will agree on this ) is more challenging
of course its not cf or css recoil but that wouldnt work on games like bf3 -

Seriously I like the heart nade. It makes the game a lil more fun. Your in the wrong section of the forums if you are complaining bout a game thats here for ppl to have fun with. -

I dont always like the content but I just simply dont buy it if thats the case.I been on cf long enough to know its not gonna always produce items that I prefer.Just gotta take the good with the bad. -

also i think theres a difference between a deagle camo and a flipping spop that runs around with a kriss with 40 bullets in her mag
I'm a fan of the Kriss, and I generally find it sub-par in Search and Destroy. Then there is something about killing another player with a heart grenade. It's just so much fun. Especially when you know they can't stand it and are expecting only the most serious of players to play this video game.
Also the SPOP has the same hitbox as the rest of the characters. So while it may look different, it gets hit just the same.
TDM Pros: Easy to join a game, press 'W' and 'Mouse1' and shoot things. It rarely matters how long you're in the game for and is just generally about getting some action in a short amount of time. It rarely matters what weapon a player uses which means the mode is highly accessible for anyone who has Liquid Metal Kriss' to Tiger Striped Gold M4A1's to Red Dragon Tattooed shovels to heart grenades.
Con: Because of the fun factor and ease of the mode, hardcore players tend to rag on TDM because it requires less skill. You could TDM successfully using a Katana if you felt the need to.
Suggestion: Try playing Search and Destroy, Elimination or FFA which generally require a bit more gun knowledge and where you see less of the weapons you're so worried about. And the frequency at which you describe pink grenades and Kriss' will drop off.
Additionally, if you would like to check out GodsGunman's weapon guides you can clearly see the differences between guns, and some of your "girly" guns (with the exception of the M4A1 spring) aren't even as good as some of the "realistic" guns. -

Will break the rules and double post on this one because I'm the boss.
For the purposes of a Video Game a grenade is a grenade is a grenade. Since the grenade, being realistic is very easily acquired (by GP), requires variety over the course of the history of the game something fun like a "heart grenade" can be made.
The power of the grenade is really only slightly higher (and all zp grenades have this same slight power increase). If you die by a heart grenade, you were pretty much likely to die from a regular grenade as well. What does it matter that you died from hearts or an explosion?
And lastly, just because other games HAVE other types of grenades doesn't make them any more realistic. Do you think the military issues every soldier a Molotov grenade? I highly doubt it. So does that make it any more or less realistic? Unlikely.
There's a lot of barking up trees of heart grenades for no real purpose. This makes me feel like we need to have a sale on heart grenades so that more people can spread the love! -

There will be stuff that people find OP in each game (like AWM and auto-snipers being blocked/limited on many CSS servers) and unlike most F2P games, the thing that is called OP most often in CF is available to everyone, not just mall users.
About the heart grenades, I can see why you would complain about it, but it's a nade with a slightly bigger radius. Whether that nade looks like an explosion or gets some kind of seasonal/special explosion effect doesn't really matter. Do they need the heart grenade? Most likely not, but I can imagine that it sells better than a "normal" grenade with the same explosion radius would.
A great part of the community wants their character to look different from the others, to stand out. It would be foolish for any company to not grab that opportunity.
