Ooh way back but not quite as far as original poster.Used to play space invaders,missile command,asteroids etc in the amusement arcades when i was around 9 or 10.Then when I was 11 I got my first computer.A ZX81 with a 16k Ram pack.Then the big game in them days was 3D monster maze.

Afff I miss my 64.
James Bond Golden Eye was the shiet on it.
Oh yeah and then Rare went on to make perfect dark(just about the last decent game on the n64).But for me Mario Karts was the best N64 game of all time. -

Mariokarts still fun.Everynow and then I play it on my sons DS .Console games were always a fav.This is only pc game I ventured on . -
As a little kid I played alot of the old console games throughout my childhood, can't remember the exact age since it was pretty much all around my childhood. Of course, not as much as I game now. Maybe like a few hours every week. Then when I was 11 or so I started PC gaming, again not much. However back then I was mainly a MMORPG nerd. Played all the good old ones. And of course Runescape took up alot of my gaming time back then as well, my friends and I started back quite some time ago when that game was still good.

Still miss the arcades and begging my mom for more quarters
Oh man, I remember back when one summer my family took a cruise and my mother was in the casino so my sister and I were waiting right outside it with my father. I then saw the arcade and ran into it. There weren't many people and I looked over and I saw one of those huge buckets filled with quarters. So I of course took it and brought it back to my dad. He wanted to bring the bucket to desk for lost stuff, but luckily I had taken pockets of quarters before I gave it to him haha. -

Lol sneaky. My mom used to go nutz cuz back then every lil store had least 1 arcade game in it.She knew as soon as she paid for w.e we went there for,I'd be watching what the cashier gaver back.Stalking the change

Yea, then I had a whole spree of N64 games, can't remember all of them but I'll list the highlights: Super Mario 64, Legend of Zelda OoT & MM, Madden, Donkey Kong 64;
Idk more lol.
Ahh Zelda. I remember the 1st 2 on Nes with its fake gold plating lol.Loved them but after The Adventures of Link I got more into WW2 genre games, which is still my favorite. -
For me, it was back in 1972. The game was Pong, played it on the old brown box.
And I loved playing Tron........
LMAO wow, now that was a game. If you owned one of them you'd thought you made it big time. lol
My first game i can remember playing was, i think you will know this. 'DIG DUG' on Atari2600. "the pinaccle of technology". hahahaha -
