Help me please!

Hello, I recently got Cf Again and it worked for a week.. Now when i try to load it, it just crashes and turns off. It loads up until i have to put my username and then it freezes and has an error that says "Send Error Report?" Please help me!!

    Hey man i know how it feels, i decided to reinstall CF after 3 years, and when i start the launcher, it goes to the screen to put the username and password in, and then my screen turns black and u can still hear music. I press ESC and it goes to desktop and i believe it says client error or loading error, and i wanna know how to fix :/
