HGW gamewatcher error

I installed CF today, played a few games then quit. When I tried to open it again, it would get past the update page, but when it tries to load "HGW game watcher", I get this error message:

HGWC

File has changed : W[2007] L[0]

rez\RF017.REZ

Anyone know how to solve this?

EDIT:

I uninstalled CF meaning to reinstall it, but when I open the installer, even with admin privileges, nothing happens.

    [1] Just simply copy the RF Rez File from a computer with a working crossfire client.

    [2] Go to the folder where crossfire is installed. Copy RF106.REZ(for example) from a computer with a working crossfire client.

    [3] Open the folder where your crossfire is installed. Look for a folder named "REZ".

    [4] Paste the copied RF106.rez a while ago. If ask to replace, just press Yes.
    - The working RF106.rez will now replace your damaged RF106.rez

    [5] Then launch the game.
