Well at the moment I have a 2.0 K/D ratio and I still do not have my Clutch Killer ribbon... Why?...

You need to wait a maximum of 72 hours, if by then you don't have your ribbon then send in a ticket to support.

You currently do not have a 2.0 KDR.

Please note the system rounds, so if you have a 1.9999 KDR, it will still not give you the ribbon.
