crossfire clinet file corruption detected

I think I've had this same error before, if you provided us with a screenshot we'd be able to better help you. If it's what I'm thinking about though, you need to uninstall Cross Fire. Then you need to turn off your firewall (I know, I don't like it either) then re-download it and install.

In my case, it was that when I installed it my firewall stopped some of the files from coming through during the download, so it wouldn't work right. Try this, and if doesn't work maybe give us a screenshot.

This error is very ambiguous as a lot of things could cause client file corruption.

For me, it was as easy as re-installing my video card drivers.
