Lag Issue

see 265 kbps connection is your problem... this game requires at least a dsl connection, at a 265kbps you're only gonna hit about half the power you need to fully run the game at a half decent speed...
a 265 will usually only get you around a 300 download and 100 kb upload maximum... whereas dsl will usually get you around a 1.5 or 2 mb download and a 0.3 or 0.75 mb upload... cable will allow you at a 1 mb connection to achieve the same if not better than dsl speed. or cable at a 3mb connection will allot you around 6-7 mb download and a 1-2 mb upload cable 6mb will allot you around a 18-25 mb download and a 2-4mb upload. the minimum speed required to run this game would probably be around 500kb download and around a 350 kb upload rate... this is my guess so don't quote me on that.
upgrading your computer will have no effect on your lan speed.
