PayByCash returned?

Before i say more please do search this thread. They are working on it ASAP (GM FallenAngel said so himself). He also said that Good news is, it's coming soon. Bad news is, they don't know when it will be released. BlindRob also said Don't expect former paying methods to be gone forever. So all we can do is just wait.
