No its not slow...
Its a simple fix just turn off you anti virus how does it work?
normaly when the game fails to connect,its because your fire wall is blocking cf to gain access to the internet by turning it off,cf can connect

You're wrong.

I've experienced this issue before, it came with one of the recent content patches. It's seen rarely now, just like the 90% loading error..
