Cant report h.acker cause ticket dont work

I tried to submit a clan war report. I tried it with a crf and zip file, both doesnt work ! its says always (EC:90121) !

Its not the first time this happenend. But this time i absolutly want to report that hacker !

But i cant ! I have the save game file. So please tell me how i can report this noob. Whats wrong, did u give up, about banning the players who ruin ur game ? Or have u changed the waz of reporting, how can i bust him ?

    You do not need to list the name of the hacker here, that is just hackusating and unfortunately nobody here can take in your report, only through support. Read on!

    Now, it's a clan war report you say?

    Only have alphanumeric characters, such as a-z and/or 0-9.
    You can also use the underscore(_) to denote spaces.

    Are there any spaces, periods (.), dashes (-), slashes (\) or (/) or any other symbol that isn't allowed (except alphanumeric) in there? Remove them.

    Now try it again. If you have continuing problems uploading just the .cfr replay, try it again with the .zip or .rar folders with the .cfr replay inside. Also keep the name of the folder just alphanumeric (a-z and/or 0-9)

    well, it finally worked after some adjustments. Thank u 4 the quick answer.

    Additionally i would like to ask, why cant i post the name of the noob h.ack here ? He has no ribbon anymore and without any doubt he is a h.acker. Hope he will get banned soon 4 destroying a challenge and a game, which everzone shall enjoy.

    I would really appreciate to have a list of the fair clans btw, cause it is really annoying to play against a noob with a third party programn. Of course i dont like to lose, but to lose in a fair game is easz to accept. To lose against a cheating *******, who insults u during the game, I just feel embarassed for beeing legit, cause u can do nothing against it.

    I really would like to see ingame mods- Or a fair clan list. Something like a honour ribbon 4 a clan !

    There is no list of fair clan, because A) There are hundreds and hundreds of clans. :(
    and B) There is no way one could judge an entire clan just because there was ONE hacker in that clan, it's too unfair.

    You can't post the names because it would violate a rule in the Code of Conduct, specifically the cheating accusation rule. We have a system in place to properly report hackers, as you know quite well (given the topic of the thread ;) )

    The MODs you see here on this forum may also patrol the game, playing in pubs, hosting forum rooms, or just joining in with friends. We also report hackers and check out bugs and glitches in the game.

    Going to close this up as the solution has been found for the particular problem
