Someone help me

Ok so I get ping spikes while im playing and I dont know why. I get arround 20 ping, then jump to 250-400 then come back to 89 etc. WHY MAN.

I dont deserve this, so someone help me.

I am using windows 7 64bits.

ok so 1rst are you sure you dont got things like running while your playing check that out. 2nd of all If you hear music while your playing that can make you spike/or anything opened while playing crossfire can make you spike. Answer Back If You still Spike Tell Me.
