support tickets failing

ok when i try to send in a .cfr i keep getting a server error. never had this problem before, just want to make sure z8 is aware of the situation, because i usually report 10-20 hackers on average a day. for a while i was doing 50 a day, but that got tedious.

Error occored when upload file, Please contact administrator. The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

this error has never popped up before, and i've been sending in .cfr files for around 6 months constantly... i have a very high rank player i want to get banned, i really hope this does not last long.

  • 1rst Of all This Bug The Windows error “I/O Device Error” means that there is an error in the computer’s ability to read data when users try to install a program or copy data from their CD or DVD drive.

This issue is likely to occur when Windows tries to use a transfer mode that the CD drive cannot use or does not recognize. To resolve this issue, the transfer mode in the IDE channel properties must be changed.

Now Things That might Help You :
    How to Change IDE Properties

    Click the Start button
    Right click My Computer
Select Manage from the resulting menu
In the Computer Management window, select Device Manager
In the right pane, click to expand IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers
Identify the CD/DVD drive in the expanded menu and right click the appropriate drive
    Select Properties
In the Properties window, click the Advanced Settings tab
In the Transfer Mode box that represents the CD/DVD drive (typically Device 1), open the drop down menu and select PIO Only. In Windows 7, uncheck the “Enable DMA” option to disable DMA (which is equivalent to “PIO Only”)
Click ok and exit all windows
If this does not resolve the issue, go back using the above procedure and change the Device 1 in step #9 back to “DMA if available.” Then change Device 0 to “PIO Only” in the Transfer Mode box.

For reference, Device 0 is the Primary IDE Channel and Device 1 is the secondary IDE Channel.

After changing the settings, restart the system so that the computer recognizes the changes made. After rebooting, check the settings to make sure they are in effect. If they are, the device should now work properly.
