You're really going to deny me a refund, Z8?
I've bought over 150$ of ZP every month, Since this game came out, SUBA4LYFE,
So, I've gotten to 100 coupons about a dozen times.
Up until recently, There was two options for 100 coupons, M4 Gold and AK Gold.
Of course, I've had both of these guns for months now.
(I purchased EVERYTHING for coupons, Excluding the two permanent snipers, AWM C and PSG R. Terrible.)
So, After I had LITERALLY EVERYTHING ON THE LIST, I reached 100 coupons again! So, Instead of buying ANOTHER Golden M4, I bought some MP5 Advanced and Armor. (awh yea.)
NOW SUDDENLY, There's an AWM Gold on the list, 100 coupons. SADLY, I'm at 15 coupons,
So I decide to try to get a refund on my AK Gold.
It takes Z8 TWO DAYS to reply, Then they tell me "I can't refund anything after 2 days."
Ticket is closed....?
Okaaaay.. How is that a valid answer?
why am I not being treated with the respect I deserve?

I highly doubt that your refund was within the 48 hour rule judging by the way you worded things:[FONT="]Refund Policy[/FONT]
All merchandise sold through the Z8Games related websites is "virtual" and intangible, and therefore cannot be returned. Since game play itself is free to registered users, Z8Games will process any request for refund, made within 48 hours of purchase, to a new registrant who finds the overall gaming experience does not meet expectations. Said player will immediately be de-registered and may not be permitted to participate in further play.
Also you only ever get one coupon refund once, ever, regardless of how much you payed for the game. -

Then tell me, was your purchase within the 48 hour rule when you sent the support ticket? Or did you purchase some coupon gear and after the patch did you realize you should have saved it? -

I love your dodging. Your experience in CF has no importance to me. Especially since it has no bearing on your issue.
For someone that apparently has been around CF so long, I'm surprised you never read the TOS. Otherwise, this never would have came as a surprise. -
2 days... thats pretty fast, i mean looks like you havn't played maplestory...
i accidentally bought 2 90days custom item (same item) and filed a support ticket to get a refund for the extra item, maplestory emailed 6 months later saying plz wait patiently well we look through ur ticket as we r having alot of ticket coming in, thank you for ur patience... YES 6 fkin months my custom already fkin expired... tats maplestory customer service for you... -

If you didn't read the TOS, that's no one else fault but your own. You agreed to the terms upon signing up.

No, you specified the nature of your problem. However you specified no timeline to when you purchased to when you sent the support ticket. Only the time it took for your ticket to be responded to. -

The refund system does not work like that. Your purchase with the aK Gold was done beyond what the refund policy allows. Your recent purchase, as you stated above wad with the MP5 and Armor, that is your purchase that was only eligible for a refund.

you didn't check for it in the coupon exchange before making your original purchase a few days ago.

Are you saying I can refund temporary items?

If your ticket was sent within 48 hours of that purchase, then yes, even temporary items like the MP5 and Armor package can be refunded, this will obviously count to your one and only refund exchange. -
If you bought (exchanged coupons for) a weapon after more than 2 days (48 hours) then you cannot get the coupons refunded.
If this 2 days happened during ticket processing time you should be able to get your coupons.
Keep in mind there is a limit to how many times you get this refund per account.
We cannot control to the degree you seem to like the content and changes to the game. We make it very clear as to what the content of each patch is and we also make it clear that the game updates on average about once per month.
Changes to the coupon system have been coming and may still continue to come. But we cannot give out refunds just because you do not like something a few months later because something you think is cooler comes out.
