.. "two most recent trans IDs which will be sent to you from the payment provider". Im trying to get my account back, and the method i used to purchase zp was paysafecard. One of paysafecard's features is it's anonimity! So who am i supposed to be sent anything from them since they don't have my contact details?

Last time i told Z8Game's that, they closed by support ticket.

    The thing is that it's been over a year since i last made a purchase. And i was not expecting to lose my account. Therefore i don't save every ticket for 1 year.. I have given them:
    -Z8Games ID
    -Login ID
    -First password
    -Account registration date
    -Account registratrion mail and second mail (I won both of these e-mails)
    -Forum name, (When i had my account i made a photo theread which had pictures of myself i even sent them other pictures to prove myself)
    -Replays
    -Account regitration country
    -SHowed them that i own the fcebook account linked to the first e-mail registered

    I can't really see what else can i give them! Do you think if i call their office in Canada they'll understand my situation?
