I noticed something with honor yesterday, that is that I don't think it is simply based on team kills and desertions.

I had bad honor previously which I thought was based on team kills and desertions yet when I reset win/losses the honor jumped to Average.

So is it based on wins losses and other factors besides team kills and desertions?

I have to give this more thought, but I just woke up so, kinda sleepy lol

And I don't want posts saying honor is useless etc since we are discussing honor useless or not.

I honestly don't know, my honor used to be Very Bad before o.o cause I just randomly RQed a lot, now I still do it just as much but it's only at Bad? I reset my W/L once.

I think desertions count as a lost ( I'm not really sure though ) so that may be why your honor changed when you reset your win/lose stat.

I'm not sure on this though so don't hold me to it.

the honor system doesnt care about kill death ratia and win to lose ratio, i know this cause all of my cows have good or very good honor.

I beg to differ why would honor immediately improve after a win loss reset then?

Did you level up recently?
I know higher ranks can have higher desertions and teamkills.

No I've been stuck at 1st LT class one on the said account for ages.

And what I meant in that quote is literal btw I had bad honor and did a reset and checked my profile to see if wins/losses reset and saw average honor.

Wow honor is related to kills/deaths/loses/wins O.O

I always thought it was dependant on how many times you changed clans. Change clan = Reduced honor, that's what I thought xP

I was going to ask this myself. I think it has to do with team kill, desertations and wins/loss. With my alt I was once 30-5 (wins/loss) with no desertations or team kill and I had a "Excellent" Honor. However, this is just a guess and I'm not sure.

Yes, and they also count as a desertion.

After doing a win/loss reset though desertions do remain the same, so if honor was based off team kills and desertions alone then wouldn't honor stay the same after a reset?

desertion = 1lose. desertation amount decreasing ur honor status as a teamkill does ... since lose ratio reseted to zero ... ur desertation have no background to ur lost amount ... so on it resets also too ... but a smile bug let the old number stay ... without any weight to honor. just common sense of formula.

P.S is there really excellent honor possible?!? never seen above average ... ss would help *..*

i tested this Honor thing to me not about desrtion i think its all about when u play and quit a lot without finishing the game it goes bad then when u reset win / loses it reset too..
