There won't be January patch, imo. Even if there will be, it'll be bugfix and x-mas crates removal.

theyre removing the crates this month for sure, ever seen xmas stuff in february?
I hope theyll fix the glitch in Venice

+1 seasonal gun Red dragon/ Royal dragon M4a1 for new year
+1 ZP black market gun like AN 94 scope
Change 1 combat axe 50 coupon to 1 shovel/ katana
+1 temporary gun like MG3
+1 new character
+1 new map
+ BP crates mode in Black market

Monthly Patches from CrossFire typically don't add that much. they usually have a couple of new ZP reskins and one event. Rarely two events or more.

Every other two patches, they add a map along with the weapons. As for the game modes, I suggest looking toward around the middle of 2012 for a mode like Extermination mode.
