Hacked Accounts.

Ok,
So i've had my account STOLEN, and that was the old days when people had only just started to post in game 'who wants free zp' and i didnt know it was a hack, i just generally thought they'd do some surveys for you.
but since then Z8 have got better, though my friend that ive been talking to on facebook has had his account HACKED, i said to him that z8 wouldnt do anything about it if he gave people his account details (much like they didnt do anything for me)
he said that he didnt give his details out, and this really fustrated me becuase he, like many others, spend money on ZP subsequently gaining 'the best' guns. then they go and get their account hacked?
z8 had nothing to say about this in support, so its pretty useless going to support.
he has no proof that it was his account, but my other friend does (the leader of our clan)
the only problem is, the leader of our clan is inactive as of now, he has lots of work to do in real life. therefore there is 'no solution' to this problem, well i was wondering what the advice would be to do? baring in mind the account that was stolen is now in active.

its not even worth a try.
accounts don't get hacked, they get lost out of negligence or stupidity.

if he can't prove that the account is his, the account isn't his. the (very heavy) burden of proof is on him.
the fact that someone else can prove that the account is his, but he can't himself, kind of proves how irresponsible he is.

Your friend's stolen account can't be verified by your friend as it was his... but the leader can?

Dont Post this again Plz [GM]Saidin Said He wouldnt Care If You lost Your acc Because Its not worth it You Lost it Becuz 1.) you gave ur pass away to a friend that you trusted . 2) you where trading acc and he scammed you. Theres alot of ways You mighted Been Hacked Never Give away Passes Or Information . Am Sorry For Your acc Lost But theres nothing the gms can do or the mods .
