I'm looking for a clan and playing with teammates

I found many of my current clanmates are from UK.
I barely found them online, thus I never had a chance to play together.
So I have to think about joining another clan.

I'm not looking for a pro clan. But I wish clanmates:
1) play together in TD or SD mode at night time (9-12, US east)
2) most of them can easily get a k/d rate above 1.0 at the Delta server
3) most of them are low pinger... I got kicked too many times for low ping
4) none of them hack... I suffered too many hacks all the time
5) speak English... sorry I cannot speak Spanish
